Our hotel is the Renaissance Hotel Montgomery. Please use this link to book your hotel room directly at the room block price of $239/night.
The program starts on Thursday, October 19th at 8am CDT (with breakfast) and ends on Friday, October 20th at 2pm CDT (after lunch).
We recommend you book your travel to Montgomery as soon as possible. Montgomery airport (MGM) is a small and popular destination; finding suitable flights can be a challenge. There are many more options for flights in and out of Atlanta (ATL) but the drive is 2 hours to Montgomery and can be slower with traffic.
Ground transport (Uber, Lyft, etc.) is readily available from the airport in Montgomery to the Renaissance Hotel; the drive is about 15 minutes. Travelers coming into Atlanta typically rent a car and drive to Montgomery.
Important: Before filling out this registration, check to make sure you are logged into the Naylor member portal. The site will allow you to input information without being logged in but will make you repeat that data entry after logging in.
