Join us for a Pilgrimage in the Eternal City
The FADICA Fall 2024 Pilgrimage and Retreat will offer participants a chance to inform their philanthropy with broader knowledge of the Church while deepening connections to faith and one another. Held at a unique moment in history – just after the second assembly of the global synod in Rome – we are eager to truly “journey in synodality” in method and inquiry. Participants will meet with leaders in the Roman Curia and other Church entities, as well as engage diplomats, journalists, academics, and community leaders. There will be a retreat day and time, too, for enjoying the cuisine, art, and architecture of the eternal city. Coordinated by FADICA leaders, FADICA’s program committee and board, with support from the Lay Centre in Rome, the pilgrimage and retreat are meant to be formative and informative for members and deepen the bonds of our FADICA community to better serve our mission.
The Pilgrimage and Retreat will being at Sunday November 10 with a welcome reception and conclude Friday November 15 with a closing dinner.

Each double single use room costs 240 Euro per night and includes breakfast

The surcharge for double occupancy is 20 Euro per room per night

There is a compulsory city tax of 7.5 Euro per person per night

Our room block rooms are considered Run of House, and the actual room type is determined by the hotel, according to availability, at the time of check-in. If you have a preference on room type, we can request it, but it is not guaranteed.

Check-in is at 3 pm and check-out is at 10 am
There is a special process for booking a hotel room with our block. Please fill out the rooming list/ accomodation form that is included in your confirmation email. Once that is submitted, you will receive a follow up email with instructions for how to book directly using our room block. Please do not reserve a room until you receive the instructions.
Payment in full to the hotel will be due by August 10.
Regardless of where you stay, all transportation will depart from the hotel.
Breakfast will be provided each day as part of your hotel reservation.
